Is a payment method required for the free trial?
Yes. Self-serve trials use secure Stripe Checkout. Your payment method is not charged until the 30-day trial ends, unless you cancel first. At that point, the monthly subscription and a one-time $499 onboarding and setup fee are charged.
When is onboarding provided?
The $499 onboarding and setup fee covers one two-hour guided session after the 30-day trial. Guided onboarding is not provided during the trial.
Is CivicOps billed monthly or annually?
Self-serve CivicOps subscriptions are billed monthly. Annual totals on this page are planning figures, not a separate annual billing commitment.
Can we start with one solution?
Yes. Choose the solution that addresses your immediate workflow and add another active solution from the customer portal when your municipality is ready.
